Subject: Ingram damaged books - Help

The last three times I've sent back damaged books to Ingram, they have credited them as overstock instead of hassle free. The second time I was told that the book probably wasn't "damaged enough." I just found out today it has happened a third time. Is any one else having this problem, and if so, what have you done to resolve it? I even put a sticky note on the item indicating the exact problem. I don't think Ingram should expect me to sell substandard books.
