We have no current plans to include this information on the PDF version primarily because of design issues and the desire to keep the printable list as clean and readable as possible. But I'm glad for the suggestion, and will keep it in mind. Incidentally, a redesigned bestseller list PDF will be unveiled the first week in May. Please let me know if you have any questions.
