LIBRIS Insurance Policyholders and ABA Share Another Year of Success

In April, dividend distributions were sent out to LIBRIS (League of Independent Book Retailer Insurance Services) policyholders from the ABA. Proceeds were sent to participants in the program who were issued Business Owner Insurance Policies from January 1999 to December 1999 and workers' compensation insurance policies from June 1998 to December 1998.

The dividends are equal to approximately three percent of total premiums paid by the policyholders and are based on the loss experience of the LIBRIS group.

"The LIBRIS Business Insurance Program is committed to ensuring that the program continues to provide quality insurance services at an affordable premium," noted ABA CEO Avin Mark Domnitz.

LIBRIS is owned by ABA and provides business and workers' compensation insurance to independent booksellers. To learn about how the program can benefit you, contact the program administrators, Alison Murray or Patrick Haller, at (888) 694-8585, or go to the LIBRIS Web site at www.libris.org.
