It's Easy to Nominate Books for the Picks List! Don't make it harder than it needs to be to nominate books for the Picks! This should be fun! Write conversationally. Just put down what you'd say to a customer in the store. Don't be intimidated by the quotes you see in the final Picks list. They've all been edited, nipped, and tucked. Put down your thoughts, and I'll make it nice. You've actually done this already. Just send in what's on the staff pick cards you've written up, or send in your staff picks from your newsletter or Web site. All subject categories welcome! Yes, we tend to be fiction heavy, but there's a wide range of notable nonfiction, and its inclusion strengthens the entire Picks program.
